How review verification works

Submit an honest project review.

Share what All-Pro worked on and how the project went. Positive, neutral, and critical feedback follow the same process.

We match it to a completed project.

All-Pro checks the submitted contact details, project address, completion month, or job reference against business records.

Verified reviews receive a clear badge.

Only a matched review can display “Verified All-Pro Project.” Private verification details are never published.

Write Website Review Write Google Review Read Customer Reviews

Google reviews and website reviews are separate. Google publishes and moderates reviews under its own policies. All customers are invited to leave honest feedback on either option.

✓ Verified All-Pro Project

A badge backed by a real project match

The badge confirms that All-Pro matched the reviewer to a completed All-Pro project using one or more private business records. It does not mean the review was independently verified by a third-party marketplace or search platform.

Reviews are not published instantly, and an email address alone does not qualify a review as verified. Read the full review verification and publication policy.
