Plan your Christmas-light installation

Bill has confirmed Christmas-light installation for this season. Start with the parts of your home you want lit, the project address and your preferred timing. All-Pro reviews the design and access before confirming what can be installed.

Start with a clear display plan

Describe the look you want and where you want the lights. Front-facing rooflines, an entry or other features can be discussed as requests, rather than assumed inclusions. If you have a reference image, explain what you like about it. A reference is a design idea, not a promise that the same display fits your home.

Prepare useful photos and details

Send a wide view of the area you want considered, with a second photo showing access from the ground. Tell us about the surface, approximate dimensions if known and any obstacles that may affect the work. Do not climb to take a photo or include private documents. If a measurement is unknown, say so; the team can identify what needs a site review.

Agree on the installation scope

Ask which areas are included, how the proposed layout will be reviewed and what information the crew needs about access and power. The estimate must identify the agreed materials and work. Do not assume a particular supply arrangement or additional seasonal work is included. The project review is where those details are resolved before you authorize the work.

Discuss dates before committing

Include the date you would like the display ready and any access restrictions at the property. A preferred date helps the team review the request but does not reserve a slot. The team must confirm the address, work and schedule. Weather and site conditions can affect the plan; ask how changes will be communicated rather than assuming an installation date is guaranteed.

Request an estimate with the essentials

A useful first request includes your city, project address, desired display, photos if available and timing. Identify any part of the scope that is still undecided. Pricing follows review of the actual work; this page does not give a package price or a size-based quote. Keep the written estimate and clarify missing items before agreeing to proceed.

Seasonal coverage and the right contact

Seasonal requests are welcome from New Athens, Belleville, O'Fallon, Swansea, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, Maryville, Glen Carbon, Edwardsville, Collinsville, Highland, Troy, Granite City. All-Pro is based in New Athens; these are service areas, not separate offices. The exact address, requested work and schedule still need review.

For Highland, contact Josh Barber through his existing Highland page. Other addresses can use the existing All-Pro estimate request. Locations outside this seasonal list require individual confirmation.
